How it is measured
Hotness scales on forums are guesses. This one is measured: AI maps 478 points on your face and checks eight proportions people respond to, from symmetry and facial thirds to face width, midface ratio, eye tilt and jaw. Each one is scored against its reference band, weighted and added into one number from 1 to 10. The same photo always gets the same score.

What's normal
Most straight-on photos land between 6 and 8. This is how each level reads:
The scale measures proportions. Skin, hair, style, grooming and expression change how people rate you, often by more than a point.

FAQ
A 1 to 10 scale for how attractive a face is, where 5 to 6 is average and 8 and above is rare. On forums it is a guess; here your place on it is measured from eight facial proportions.
A 7 is clearly above average: most of your proportions sit inside their reference bands and people notice you as good-looking. On this test, most people score between 6 and 8.
Near-perfect proportions across the board: high symmetry, balanced thirds, a typical width to height, an upward eye tilt and a defined jaw. Almost nobody scores a 10, and even models usually land in the high 8s.
No. A 6 is average to above average, the most common score. One or two readings sit outside their bands, and the breakdown shows which.
Start with the photo: distance, light and angle move the score more than anything. Then the readings that can change: jaw definition, puffiness, grooming, brows and hair. Symmi Lab shows the haircut and steps that suit your face on your own photo.
No. The test runs in your browser and your photo never leaves your device.
