Report terms.

What you get

A private PDF report of about 46 to 48 pages made from the photos you upload, with a share card inside it. It covers your face score, measurements, face shape, symmetry, skin, haircuts, colours, styling previews, first impressions and a four-week plan.

The report is for styling and self-improvement. It is not medical advice, and it does not guarantee any result. Previews show a direction, not a promised outcome.

Price and payment

The report is a one-time purchase of $12.99 USD, paid through Stripe. It is not a subscription, and it is separate from the Symmi app and its subscription.

Delivery

Your report is delivered within 7 days of the photos you submit, often sooner. Every report is carefully reviewed and verified, first by AI and then by a person on our team, before it is sent.

We email you when it is ready. You download it from your private account at symmiapp.com/report/account, signing in with the email you used at checkout.

Your photos

Your photos are used only to make your report. To make it, they are processed by our own software and by third-party AI image services.

We don't sell your photos or use them for anything else. The original photos are deleted after your report is delivered; the images inside your PDF stay with your report.

Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use.

Refunds

If your report isn't delivered within 7 days of the photos you submit, you get a full refund.

Each report is made for you, so a delivered report isn't refundable. If something in your report is wrong, email us and we'll fix it.
