Nothing surgical

A cut, frames, grooming, makeup and colour: every change in the report is one you can make this week.

Try before you book

Twelve cuts, frames and colours on your face, rated, before you sit in the chair.

Colour analysis

Your colours, read in true light.

Same photo, same face; only the shirt changes. The report corrects your photo’s colour against white objects first, then three raters read your season from twelve and test six colours on you.

Why it reads like it knows you.

Your face, not a template

Every preview starts from your photo, one at a time, and is checked for face geometry and skin detail before it is used.

Numbers, not guesses

Every number in the book comes from measurement, with the same engine as Symmi’s free face tools, next to the range it is compared with.

Three raters, not one opinion

Scores, first impressions, colour season and styling verdicts are each read three times independently, and the report uses their consensus.

Questions, answered.

What exactly do I get?

A private PDF of 46 to 48 pages in your Symmi account, plus a 4:5 share card. It covers your face score, measurements, face shape, symmetry, skin map, 12 haircuts, frames and facial hair where they apply, colour season with palette, makeup and jewellery, first impressions, and a four-week plan with a daily routine.

Are the previews really my face?

Yes. Every haircut, frame, colour and styling preview is made from the photo you upload, and each one is checked against your original for face geometry and skin detail. They show direction, not a guaranteed result.

What photo do I need?

One clear front photo facing the camera in even light, and an optional side photo. Glasses on or off both work; a glasses-off photo gives cleaner eye readings.

How long does it take?

Up to 7 days from your photos, often sooner. Every report is carefully reviewed and verified, first by AI and then by a person on our team, before it is sent. We email you the moment it is ready.

Is this a subscription?

No. The report is a one-time $12.99 USD purchase, separate from the Symmi app and its subscription.

What happens to my photos?

They are used only to make your report. Source photos and working files are scheduled for removal after delivery; the photos inside your PDF stay with your report.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if your report isn't delivered within 7 days of your photos. Each report is made for you, so a delivered report isn't refundable; if something in yours is wrong, email us and we'll fix it. Full terms at symmiapp.com/report/terms.
